Our Policies

Ensuring the Best Experience

 Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Contact

We are an online booking + text based only salon.

  • Please book, cancel and reschedule through our booking system, when possible.

Health and Safety

We love sharing our space—but not germs. If you or someone in your household isn’t feeling 100%, please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment with care. Your honesty helps us keep the spa a safe and serene space for everyone.

We totally understand that life happens—but knowingly showing up sick may result in a pause on future bookings. Let’s keep things classy (and clean).

Right of Refusal

We will not tolerate rude, aggressive, bigoted or demeaning behavior from our guests to any artist or fellow guest. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave immediately and not return or legal action may be taken.

For liability reasons, we do not work over another artists work to avoid any complications and can troubleshoot any complications and ensure quality work is being done. We ask that you follow proper pre / post care instructions. Failure to follow these recommendations / instructions may result in refusal of service and/or less than desirable results.

Children

We adore your little ones and respect the safety of them, our guests and our artists.

For this reason, children are not permitted in our studio without a designated chaperone (must be at least 18 years of age) that can give 100% attention to them to ensure a positive environment for all. 

 

We recommend using your time with us to unwind from your daily tasks + responsibilities!

Privacy

Customer information collected is used to improve your service, send important messages as well as marketing communications such as sales or shop updates. We do not share this information with anyone outside of the artists you have booked appointments with, without your consent.

 

Artists do not EVER have access to your private cc info.

Payments
  • Credit cards + cash are accepted. 

  • Please know, we currently do not carry change for cash payment.

  • Venmo/Cashapp/Other P2P are not accepted, unless used for gratuity.

Pets

We love animals, but we prefer you leave them at home (and so does the Board).

Only service animals in compliance with the ADA are welcome.

Tardiness

We have a 10 min grace period for all appointments.

 

Guests more than 10 mins late are subject to an automatic cancellation (with appropriate cancellation or no show fee) or a 20% late fee at the artists discretion. 

Refunds

 Defective products can be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase but are otherwise non-refundable.

 

A portion of the booking fee may be refunded for appts cancelled prior to 2 days of scheduled services. See cancellation fees for details.



If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to reach out to your artist to troubleshoot any potential issues and offer a complimentary fix at the artists discretion. We do not offer refunds on rendered services, as results may vary for a number of reasons.

Booking Requirements

Appointments will be automatically confirmed at the time of booking, provided the booking fee has been paid. If payment has not been completed, kindly ensure it is submitted within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

 

A booking fee is required to reserve your time slot. This fee will be applied to your service total, in which the remainder is due at the time of service.

  • This can be transferred 1 time with ample notice.

 

All required forms must be filled out truthfully, completely + updated each quarter or when changes are necessary.

Booking Confirmation
  • You will be contacted through WIX 24 hours prior to your scheduled timeslot via email/text (depending on your settings/preferences) to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

    • Confirmation is no longer necessary. A booked appointment is considered confirmed. If you need to make changes, please either do so online or contact us.​​

  • The system will notify you if your appointment was declined for any reason.

Cancellations

You will need to reach out to your artist directly prior to your appointment if you can no longer make your confirmed appointment. Not doing so will result in a No Show.​

 

There is a 3-strike rule. 3 consecutive or excessive cancellation of appointments will result in revoked booking privileges, indefinitely.

No Show

We completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you're unable to make it to your appointment and don’t let us know in advance, we’ll handle the situation thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.​

That said, missed appointments without notice may result in a no-show fee and cancellation of the scheduled services.

  • For new guests, a missed first appointment may impact your ability to book future services with us.

  • ​Repeat no-shows may require full, non-refundable prepayment for future bookings, or in some cases, may lose booking privileges entirely.​

 

We truly appreciate your support in keeping our schedule flowing smoothly, and we’re always here to work with you when things come up. Communication is key—and a quick heads-up can make all the difference!

Cancellations & No Shows

10 TO 2 DAYS BEFORE: 25% of total services

2 DAYS BEFORE: 50% of total services

SAME DAY: 65% of total services

NO GIVEN NOTICE: 80% of total services or

100% if you have no showed before

These fees help us honor the time we've set aside just for you. Because each appointment is reserved specifically for one guest, short-notice cancellations can make it hard—or even impossible—for us to offer that time to someone else. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Discounts

Small business owners will receive 10% off full priced appointments every time they come in! If we forget to add this at checkout, just ask.

Discounts cannot be stacked with other discounts/offers, unless specified otherwise.

Rewards Points

Points can be redeemed for savings! Appointments/purchases will earn you points.

  • Redeem points for 50% off 

  • Redeem points for 100% off

Referral Bonus

We love when you share your love for your service/artist both online and by word of mouth. In return, you'll get $15 off for every serviced guest you refer to us that mentions you by name!

​

We'll also add points each for leaving us a review on Google and/or posting on your social media!!

 

Post about us in local Facebook groups and get even more points per post.
